Support-Admin

Only service employees and data stewards of the service operator (RWTH Aachen University) have the Support Admin role. The role is assigned by system admins based on instructions from the service operator.

As part of their duties in supporting Coscine, this group of people has access to personal data in order to ensure the technical support of the application and to advise and support Coscine users with regard to research data management and good scientific practice. Support admins have the same rights as project owners for all projects created in Coscine.

The persons assigned this role may only use these rights to process specific support cases to the minimum extent necessary and are obliged to maintain confidentiality.
