Publication Request

Project owners have the opportunity to submit an application for data publication for a project and the resources it contains. The finalised application is sent to the selected publication service. No data or access rights are transferred in this step. There is no automatic publication within Coscine. You can access the request by opening the relevant project in Coscine and clicking on ‘Request data publication’ on the left.

Note

A request for data publication can only be made by project owners. The page in Coscine is not displayed to members of the project.

RWTH Aachen University Library publication service

The University Library of RWTH Aachen University supports all projects with a connection to RWTH Aachen University in publishing their research data. Subject-specific data repositories are best suited for publication. These enable a subject-specific description and searchability of the data. In addition, data homogeneity increases the probability of retrieval and reuse. Alternatively, the institutional repository RWTH Publications is available to all RWTH members. Detailed information can be found in the RWTH Publications guide.
