Projects in Coscine

Any number of projects and sub-projects can be created in Coscine. This leads to a simple and clear structure that corresponds to a tree layout. After accessing the Coscine platform and successfully logging in, all projects and sub-projects to which you belong as a user are displayed.

In order to be able to share (meta)data with others and enable cooperative collaboration, Coscine has a clearly defined user administration. This comprises three different roles: Owner, Member and Guest. The respective roles have different rights within a project, which are listed in more detail in the table below. New project members can be easily invited, so that collaboration with external project partners is also possible.
