- Go-/No-Go decision new developments prioritization
- Asks questions for the strategic goals of an epic
- Focuses alignment long-term strategy of Coscine
- Voting on Epics and Their Prioritization
- Steering Board Members can block an epic by a low number of votes (with explanation of their vote)
- Steering Board Members can skip round (in case of lacking expertise)
How?
- Meeting as part of the Steering Board Meeting
- Spontaneous meeting, no later than two weeks before the next epic is scheduled to enter the analysis phase
