  • Members include Product Owner, Coscine Service Manager, Coscine Scrum Master, RPDM-Group-Leads, RPDM-Department-Lead (optionally stakeholder guests)

What?

  • Go-/No-Go decision new developments prioritization
  • Asks questions for the strategic goals of an epic
  • Focuses alignment long-term strategy of Coscine
  • Voting on Epics and Their Prioritization
    • Steering Board Members can block an epic by a low number of votes (with explanation of their vote)
    • Steering Board Members can skip round (in case of lacking expertise)

How?

  • Meeting as part of the Steering Board Meeting
    • Spontaneous meeting, no later than two weeks before the next epic is scheduled to enter the analysis phase
